It was fun and challenging to create a care package for a male recipient that was not too feminine. I began by choosing a color palette as I felt that would set the overall tone. I originally chose blue as the main color but after many mockups, it wasn’t working. I switched to a neutral color palette of green, white, and brown.
I wanted the recipient to feel a sense of calm and peace when he opened it so white was used as the base with green and brown as accents so it would not feel too overwhelming. Each item was wrapped separately with a “key” to explain what they are as well as why they were chosen.
